Fly For Fun Flight School was founded in 1995 and is currently one of the most prestigious and largest aviation schools in the Czech Republic. We have a large fleet of aircraft and helicopters, including our own flight simulator. Our instructors include former and existing pilots of fighter aircraft, airline and emergency services. Flying is our passion and our lifelong mission.
Why do we fly? Well, that's a very strange question for all true flyers. A friend of mine says: "If somebody isn‘t attracted to it, then he‘s not the right person for it." And that's probably the clearest answer. If you have to ask why to fly, then it's probably not your passion. Yes, you can be a pilot, you can spend your entire career in the cockpit of an airplane, but you will never be a flyer. A flyer does not ask why to fly. A flyer knows that he just has to fly. He can‘t do without flying and only feels happy when flying. All the problems and worries stay down below and it's just him, the plane and the air. There's no need to explain this to flyers, and they don’t even ask. That's the difference between an ordinary pilot and a flyer. We're all flyers here. And we are trying to help all of our customers become flyers. We want to pass a little excitement on to you, to show you how beautiful flying is.
If you are really interested, you will experience the real beauty of flying with us. Sunsets from the plane, when everyone´s day on the ground is already over, but the sun is still shining for us, flights over a slightly foggy landscape, flights at night and over the winter landscape. Flying has many forms and all are beautiful.
We will teach you how to fly not only in beautiful weather but also in bad conditions, side or turbulent wind, to short airports and long concrete tracks.
If you really want to learn to fly, this is the right place for you. It doesn't have to be easy, it doesn't have to be fast, but once you leave us will not just be a license holder. You will be able to fly and you will like it.
